Disconnect all USB cables from board but leaving black front panel 9 pin connected (You have an Area 51 R1, looks like). I suggest replace graphic card w a very simple video card that does not require 6 pin dedicated power (any basic card would do). Things got worse, and the computer started to randomly turn off as if I held down the power button. My problems all started with a noticeable lapse in performance during videogames and slow speed.
